The
Assay Development, Associate Scientist** is instrumental in conducting experimental tasks to support assay/method development programs under the guidance of senior staff.

What you'll be doing:

Executing experimental tasks for assay validation and development.
Crosstraining in various areas of expertise.
Supporting assay development through assigned tasks and activities.
Organizing and maintaining the lab environment.
Monitoring inventory for experimental needs.
Maintaining laboratory notebooks under regulatory standards.
Ensuring quality and timely delivery of data to clients.
Upholding safety and 6S standards in the lab.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
1 year of experience in method or assay development.
Knowledge of lab principles, terminology, and instrumentation.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

Understanding of sample handling and preparation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $52, $87, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
