- Compensation range of $25/hr + depending on experience

- We are specifically searching for a maintenance technician with experience in exterior maintenance. Exterior trim, light plumbing, painting, drywall is a must
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
- Ensure that repairs are completed correctly and comply with building and city codes.
- Install, troubleshoot and/or repair household items included but not limited to appliances, fans, lights, etc.
- Install, troubleshoot and/or repair structural components of residences including but not limited to flooring, carpets, paneling, doors, etc.
- Perform basic home maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, painting, spackling, drywall repairs, tiling and basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Meet with outside contractors and vendors to provide access to building and residential units.
- 3-5 years of handyman experience
- Your own basic tools
- Ability to lift tools and building materials weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally lbs
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, and a mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills and a general understanding of property management
- Fluent English
- Ability to work a rotating "on-call" schedule
