    Description

    Planned Maintenance Technician

    We are looking for a skilled Planned Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure that our customer facility assets are well-maintained and operating smoothly.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform maintenance on facility systems and kitchen equipment following safety procedures.
    • Ensure equipment maintenance is done on time to keep everything running smoothly.
    • Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs in the Zoho Desk system.
    • Handle tasks like cleaning drain pipes, replacing filters, belts, motors, condensers, and coils.
    • Grease pulleys/bearings and replace contactors and capacitors.
    • Assist with minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
    • Support other maintenance projects as needed.
    • Perform any other required tasks.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Two years of experience in Planned Maintenance Technician or facilities.
    • Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and various restaurant equipment systems.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Familiarity with repair tools for restaurant equipment.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Capability to handle up to 50 pounds.
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
    • Clean driving record and clear criminal background and drug screenings.
