We are a Munich-based tech start-up with the goal of making life easier for small and medium-sized businesses.

With our software solutions for online appointment booking, CRM, point of sale, payment, and marketing, entrepreneurs not only save time but are also available 24/7 and can manage their business whenever and wherever they want.

Your tasks:

You will work in daytoday operations in accounting (including invoice verification and filing, credit card and travel expense checks and filing)
Support in automating and further developing processes
You will actively contribute to the design and optimization of finance processes
You will support us in administrative tasks
Support in account reconciliation and master data maintenance

Your profile:

You are ideally in your business studies, preferably with a focus on taxes, accounting, and finance. But this is not a must.
You have first practical experience in finance
You enjoy working with numbers, are teamoriented, and have a responsible work style
You have basic knowledge of DATEV and a high affinity for numbers
You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and proactively shaping them
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is an advantage
