As a Shift Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering IV infusion services to our patients.


Qualifications:

  • Active, Unencumbered Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum of one year of experience administering IVs
  • Must have current Malpractice Insurance coverage.
  • Demonstrated expertise and confidence in IV placement, preferably with experience in an ER/ED or ICU setting.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel between the 5 Boroughs and (Nassau County) Long Island to conduct home visits for IV infusion.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a personable and compassionate approach.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and ability to work independently
  • Possess a strong willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling, generating referrals, and offering additional services.

Responsibilities:


  • Administer IV drip therapy and other medical services
  • Foster a good relationship with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere by providing topnotch medical treatment.
  • Educate patients about the advantages of IV therapy and other medical services
  • Collaborate independently with patients to support them in reaching their objectives for wellness and health
  • Encourage medical services and membership plans tailored to individual client needs and goals
  • Participate in nursing events as needed
  • Exhibit dedication to IVDRIPS' vision, mission, and objectives, embodying the organization's values and culture
  • Keep accurate and concise medical records in the patient's electronic medical record.

Shift Requirement:

  • 5 Shifts a month.

Shift Hours (We Have Two Shifts):

  • 09:00 am
  • 05:00 pm (with the last patient appointment scheduled at 4 pm, concluding at 5 pm).
  • 03:00 pm 11:00 pm (with the last patient appointment scheduled at 10 pm, concluding at 11 pm).

Pay / Compensation:


Nurses will be paid 30% of the Appointment's Total Infusion Charge if bookings are from IVDRIPS and 60% of the Appointment's Total Infusion Charge for bookings coming on your end.
