Record Retrieval Specialist
Records Retrieval Specialist responsibilities:
- Basic administrative duties such as making copies, answering phones and directing calls
- Status Calls on Outstanding Requests
- Maintain Detailed Progress Notes in Tracking Software
- Updating Status Notes for Clients
- Scheduling Notaries
- Various Clerical Tasks
- Set up case information in record retrieval software (MetaRecords8)
- Send record orders to locations/custodian of records
- Follow guidelines for quality control at every stage
- Electronically file documents with the court system
Skills:
- _
Experience with the record retrieval process_
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with MetaRecords 8 record retrieval software
- Highly organized and detailoriented individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Take direction and work independently
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
