Record Retrieval Specialist

Records Retrieval Specialist responsibilities:


  • Basic administrative duties such as making copies, answering phones and directing calls
  • Status Calls on Outstanding Requests
  • Maintain Detailed Progress Notes in Tracking Software
  • Updating Status Notes for Clients
  • Scheduling Notaries
  • Various Clerical Tasks
  • Set up case information in record retrieval software (MetaRecords8)
  • Send record orders to locations/custodian of records
  • Follow guidelines for quality control at every stage
  • Electronically file documents with the court system

Skills:

Experience with the record retrieval process_

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with MetaRecords 8 record retrieval software
  • Highly organized and detailoriented individual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Take direction and work independently

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
