    Maintenance Technician at Blue Roc Premier

    Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to join our Jacksonville team at Blue Roc Premier? We are dedicated to fostering the growth of our employees through an exceptional training program that focuses on developing strong leadership qualities in you.

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a key role in maintaining our communities to ensure they operate smoothly. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a multi-family environment, strong technical skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Maintenance Repairs: Perform general maintenance repairs and guarantee the proper functioning of property systems.
    • Unit Preparation: Get vacant units ready for new residents, ensuring they meet move-in standards.
    • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks, holding an HVAC 608 Certification.
    • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean work environment to ensure the community adheres to safety regulations.
    • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, peers, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
    • Team Collaboration: Work with the service team to improve curb appeal and maintain high property standards.

    Requirements:

    • HVAC 608 Certification is a requirement.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family property maintenance and team oversight.
    • Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
    • Strong communication skills with residents, colleagues, vendors, and supervisors.
    • Focus on resident satisfaction and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
    • College degree is advantageous.
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Bilingual skills are a plus.
