    FM-JAX (Self- Managed Property Management Co) is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 year experience in SF & MF properties.

    Basic Qualifications/Job requirements include, but not limited to:

    • Must have experience/knowledge with: Basic Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC, Drywall, Painting, Light Carpentry, Appliance Diagnostic/Repair/Replacement and General Handyman tasks
    • Must have working tools/equipment and experience in using them
    • Must have reliable working phone and able to operate software/app
    • Must have good communication skills, take pride in your work and be reliable with Team and Tenants
    • Must be available at any hour for emergency situations
    • Must be flexible with good time management skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
    • Must pass a criminal/background check and drug test
    • Must live in Jacksonville metro

    Preferred Qualifications include:

    • Preferred 2+ years experience and knowledge in appliance repair, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC work
