Job DescriptionOPEN POSITION:Position: Director of MarketingDepartment: MarketingLocation: Main location: Marlette, MIHours: Full Time. Days. Monday - Friday. Full Benefits.Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full time Marketing Director. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient.Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field.
• Three or more years in marketing, public relations, or similar experience in a health care setting preferred. Sufficient previous experience in personnel administration; health care experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of hospital operations and changing health care environment, demonstrated ability to initiate and lead creative and responsible change efforts.

Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement efforts to promote increased awareness and use of programs and services offered by Aspire Rural Health System. As Director of Marketing, this position will serve as a liaison between Aspire Rural Health System and the public; to strengthen positive awareness of the health system, its mission, and services throughout the community. Participate in research to understand the market share Aspire Rural Health System has and where marketing dollars will most effectively be used to capture more patients.
