- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, Business Management, or related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two years experience in marketing, communications, business, or sales.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Must be an effective communicator with the public.
- Assists with the development and writing of corporate branded newsletters, publications, internal communications/announcements, patient testimonials, and direct mail pieces.
- Assists in maintaining accurate and timely web presence including Google My Business, Healthgrades, Vitals, Aspire corporate website, and social media sites.
- Assists with writing radio ad copy and participating in radio interviews when appropriate.
- Maintains current marketing materials including design and content writing for various audiences.
- Assists with development and design of corporate branded ads for publishing in local newspapers, social media, and billboards.

As a direct report to the marketing director, this position provides support in functional areas of the marketing department with a primary emphasis on developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, materials, and events to increase awareness of Aspire Rural Health System's services.
