Job description
HR Assistant's primary responsibility is to assist the Human Resources Manager with office tasks and human resources duties.


This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 1PM.

REPORTS TO:
Human Resources Manager


SUPERVISES DIRECTLY:
N/A


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Basic filing, scheduling, and other general office related duties.
  • Maintain the personnel file filing system
  • Assist in newhire process
  • Assist in employee benefit administration
  • Compile and track payroll, training and benefit information
  • Assist in annual employee performance review process
  • Consolidate personnel data
  • Administer, assist and develop new employee benefit programs
  • Assist in compliance programs and monitoring
  • Support HR Manager as needed.
  • Assist in orientation and training of new employees
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • UKG experience is a must
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act and operate independently
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
