The *Mobene Group* is a leading German trading company for heating oil, fuels, lubricants, natural gas, and electricity, with its subsidiaries.

With approximately 500 employees at nearly 30 locations, we serve commercial and government consumers as well as private end customers.

We are currently seeking a *Customer Advisor HuG (m/f/d)* for our location in *Lübeck* to join our team as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities
  • Active and passive telephone sales of mineral oil, complementary products, and services
  • Telephone customer acquisition and consultation on offered products, services, and customer management measures
  • Implementation of sales and marketing measures
  • Input and maintenance of all customer information in the IT system
  • Preparation of offers and orders, including pre-disposition
  • Gathering regional market information for analysis of competition behavior and as a basis for pricing
  • Support in handling customer complaints
*Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team
  • High resilience and commitment
  • Confident appearance and negotiation skills
