Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

You will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing data to optimize performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement social media strategy across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, X, and YouTube.
  • Support in building Hypercel brands: Naztech & Hypergear on various platforms, developing engaging content around new product launches, seasonal campaigns, FAQs, and brand partnerships.
  • Plan, create, execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to social media posts and direct messages.
  • Assist in sourcing new talent for all brand segments.
  • Edit and refine content to meet brand standards and optimize for various social media platforms.
  • Organize internally shot social content and provide administrative support to the Social Media/PR and Marketing Firm teams.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns.
  • Encourage usergenerated content and leverage it across social media platforms.
  • Plan, capture, and edit highquality video content using professional camera equipment.
  • Engage with online communities relevant to smartphone & mobile products
  • Track and analyze customer feedback and sentiment on social media channels.
  • Provide social media coverage for Hypercel events.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 35 years of work experience in content creation and social media, or related marketing roles.
  • Proficiency on all social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in working with outside Photographers, Videographers and influencers
  • Proficiency in video editing software.
  • Basic Video Editing Skills
  • Experience with either Photoshop, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Illustrator, and other content creation apps preferred.
  • Willingness to attend select photo shoots and events to capture content (25% travel).
  • Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailoriented mindset.

Additional Qualifications:


  • Experience in consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of technology and products.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Understanding of social media analytics.
  • Creative and strategic mindset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $36.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
