- B.S. Degree in Engineering (ABET certified): Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or Industrial. Other degrees will be considered with appropriate experience.
- Prior experience in project management is required. This experience may include NPD and large scale/scope engineering change for current products.
- Must be able to manage workload for multiple projects at once.
- Must have a proven history of working independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Demonstrated team player and team leader qualities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and monitor measurable process for process improvement and root cause identification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills (5Y, Ishikawa, FTA).
- Manufacturing process experience with one or more of following: hydraulics, steel, fabrication, electrical, powertrain.
- 4 + years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
- Typical work hours will be four 10-hour days, Monday - Thursday. Candidates should expect to work additional hours/days as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- A general knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is desirable.
