A DAY IN THE LIFE IN SUMMIT MANAGEMENT
There is nothing more satisfying than taking challenges head on. You thrive when given organizational challenges such as scheduling, managing, and assisting a staff of 35+. Whether interviewing, hiring, or holding team meetings, your impressive interpersonal skills encourage a welcoming atmosphere.
Your time will be split between the office (2 days) and the desk (3 days). Your presence at the desk is vital to ensuring a strong connection with your team and the members. Additionally, you ensure your team is thoroughly trained to handle the rush of members who are eager to get their workout in, answer and direct phone calls, handle Point-of-Sale/ProShop transactions, assist/guide members to appropriate forms and/or departments as needed, and so much more
