- 2+ years' leadership experience leading a team of 3+ direct reports.
- 5 years' Sea or Air Logistics export experience.
- You will have the ability to work from the office 4 days per week.

YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Sea Logistics Reefer Manager you will represent Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer's. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as actively seek for improvements of customer service standards and help deliver customer excellence. In addition, the Individual will be responsible for leading their Customer Care Location Team by strengthening internal & external customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customer's and new Team members and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner. Holding themselves and their Team to the highest Level of Customer Excellence, the overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction, retention, and Teamwork.
