As the Member Operations Account Administration Specialist II, you are a liaison to both internal Associates and external Members and expected to have an expert level understanding and working knowledge of the following processes:

  • Levies
  • Subpoenas
  • Backup Withholding
  • Escheats
  • All Vesting Account Types
  • Deceased processes
  • Power Of Attorneys (POA)
  • Trusts
  • IRA Accounts


In this role as a Member Operations Account Administration Specialist II, you will also contribute to the overall success of the department and CU by assisting in the handling of research requests, document and information retrievals, file maintenance requests and account adjustments in a timely and professional manner, while using problem resolution and workflow management skills.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Mastery of all the essential functions of a Teller, Legal Processes Specialist I, and Call Center positions and all associated processes. Recognized by peers and leaders as a Subject Matter Expert for knowledge and service excellence
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a financial services front line or call center position which would provide thorough knowledge of deposit and loan account products and services and member service.
  • Working proficiency with modern office practices and procedures, including personal computer skills with core systems used to service financial accounts.
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly and proficiently.
  • Ability to read and decipher technical briefs and regulatory updates
  • Working knowledge of basic Federal and State regulations that impact financial institutions and account/ loan maintenance and activity.
- _ Final offers are based on qualifications, internal equity, and the level of position offered. The hourly pay range for the Member Operations Account Administration Specialist II is $ $26.00._
