    Description

    INTRO TO TAXRISE:

    • ABOUT THE ROLE:
    • As a Case Manager I at TaxRise, you will onboard clients, gather necessary documents, and provide exceptional service throughout the client journey. You'll manage cases effectively, communicate transparently with clients, and work towards successful resolutions.
    • WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • - Conduct onboarding calls and review case information.
    • - Manage a pipeline of cases and maintain frequent communication with clients.
    • - Document all calls and case status changes using the company CRM.
    • - Provide clients with constant updates and address their concerns promptly.
    • - Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • - Research and develop strategies to defend taxpayers' positions.
    • - Distribute necessary tax forms to clients.
    • - Perform other essential job functions as required.
    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
    • - Proficiency in various software including Microsoft Office Suites and communication tools.
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
    • - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
