Responsibilities

• Offer guidance to sellers and buyers, aiding them in marketing and acquiring properties at the right price and under favorable terms
• Understand clients' needs and financial capacities to suggest suitable solutions
• Facilitate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal obligations, and other relevant aspects to ensure fairness and transparency
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Showcase and advertise real estate to potential buyers
• Prepare essential documents such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements
• Oversee property auctions or exchanges
• Maintain and update property listings
• Collaborate with appraisers, escrow firms, lenders, and home inspectors
• Build connections with attorneys, mortgage providers, and contractors
• Promote property sales through various channels like advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Stay well-informed about real estate markets and industry best practices

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or as a real estate agent
• Proven history of successful sales
• Ability to work autonomously with exceptional interpersonal abilities
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication proficiencies
• Friendly and reliable demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office software
• Valid real estate agent's or broker's license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $74,619.00 - $196,051.00 per year
