Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Intake Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Illinois Hammer Injury Law Firm.

With a team of experienced attorneys, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to justice and ensuring that injury victims receive the compensation they deserve.

As an Intake Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and supporting the intake team, assessing potential cases, and analyzing reporting to measure the intake team's success.

This position involves a combination of leadership, training, reporting, and maintaining high standards of client service. *Some nights or weekends may be required.


Responsibilities:

Training: Facilitate in-office daily comprehensive training sessions for new team members, up to 60 days, ensuring their seamless integration into the intake process.

Reporting: Identify poor call quality scores, review with team, address training gaps, issue training accordingly, and track member improvement.

Leadership: Coordinate team scheduling to optimize efficiency and ensure adequate coverage. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and support professional development.

Admin: Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks to maintain a smooth and efficient intake process.

Liaison: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors and medical providers.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a legal or personal injury setting is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales environment, team leadership, and CRM utilization.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements.
