As a Courier Driver at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages and documents to designated locations
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and optimize fuel efficiency
Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security
Verify the accuracy of delivery information and obtain signatures as required
Communicate with dispatchers and customers to provide updates on delivery status
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and making deliveries
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safe operation
Assist with other tasks as needed in the warehouse or office

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages, as well as stand for extended periods
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling deliveries and paperwork
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
