    No Remote **Nurse Manager Clinical Services, Home Care**

    By providing clinical and operational oversight to a staff of nurses, therapists and other staff, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the organizations clinical home care services, ensuring that appropriate therapeutic intervention models are being utilized. Successful candidates will possess a high level of critical thinking skills, be a proven performer in motivating team members and be an active, collaborative member of multi-disciplinary teams.

    Responsibilities include: Ensures focus and activities that support clinical department metrics by ensuring timely and accurate documentation, clinician productivity at agency standard and ensures measures are cost effective; acts as a program liaison with the telemonitor vendor and provides oversight of the program; assists Clinical Educator in planning and conducting the agencys orientation program for new professional staff and ongoing education and competency needs.

    BSN and two years home care experience as a community health nurse or a critical care nurse along with valid NYS RN license.

    Schedule M-F, days and participation in on-call rotation.
