- Providing excellent Customer Service both internally and externally.
- Operating cargo vans and light duty trucks to deliver and pick up mobility equipment to and from Cruise Ships, Hotels, Convention Centers, Resort and Residences.
- Ensuring every unit meets Scootaround's Safety, Functionality and Show Quality standards.
- Providing basic Troubleshooting and user training on the equipment.
- Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while following our COVID-19 safety procedures.
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned.
- Working experience as a Delivery Driver.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Must be Mechanically Inclined.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Complete Department of Motor Vehicles and Criminal Background check will be conducted.
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs.
- Able to work under pressure and in changing environmental conditions.
- Clean and sanitize equipment prior to delivery.
- Basic Computer and Microsoft knowledge required.
- Must have a flexible schedule to work available days, evenings and weekends.
