Job Summary

At ADS Inc. we actively seek our customers' equipment and logístical challenges and deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. As we focus on growing our business, leveraging technology, and growing our internal technical capabilities is critical for success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating other developers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Determining the structure and design of web pages and mobile apps
  • Create quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design
  • Maintaining a practical balance between functional and aesthetic design
  • Ensure continuous learning and skill development
  • Follow emerging industry trends to help identify opportunities to improve ADS technologies and/or methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Front End/UI Software Developer
  • Understanding of design principles and web development skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment using a CI/CD process
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Typescript
  • Experience with serverside CSS preprocessing solutions such as LESS and/or SASS
  • Proficiency with web development frameworks such as Django, Angular, or React
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Front End/UI Software Developer
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Experience with Python, Java, C#
  • A BSc or advanced degree in a relevant field like computer science or engineering
