We are seeking an Administrative Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
As an Administrative Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing and organizing client data and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conducting general office administration tasks, such as phone coverage, paperwork processing, and account set-up and maintenance.
- Performing various clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Upholding the integrity and confidentiality of files and records, adhering to security procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong time management skills, and effective organization skills to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Warmly greeting clients and delivering outstanding customer service to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Collaborating closely with staff members, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
