Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and support staff members to ensure highquality care and education are provided
- Manage daytoday operations, including enrollments and parent communication
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that meets health and safety standards
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to create a positive learning environment through the STARS program.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in ECE or related field with 2 years experience in child care
- A.A. with 3 years experience in child care
- Current clearances
- Supervisory experience preferred
Pay:
$41, $45,760.00 per year
