Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ You create CAD constructions and planning drawings of all kinds in the field of building technology

➢ You ensure smooth communication within the project team regarding CAD data management and ensure that important data is always up-to-date, maintained, and stored

➢ Both compiling CAD documents for each phase of the project and careful CAD data management are part of your responsibilities

➢ You create project documentation and maintain the plan collection list

➢ You support the project and construction management in general organization, tracking of deadlines, and service delivery

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

➢ You have completed training as a technical system planner (m/f/d), a degree in building services engineering, building technology, or a related field

➢ You are proficient in working with MicroStation and/or Revit, as well as common MS Office programs

➢ Ideally, you have gained coordination/planning experience in the building services industry or have acquired additional qualifications in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing (HVAC)

➢ Independent and reliable work, as well as the ability to work in a team, are among your strengths

➢ Additionally, you have fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
