    Summary:
    In this role you will support bid and contracting activities. You will collaborate with Category Managers, Contract Managers, and Analysts to complete the bid process.

    These activities include, but are not limited to, providing bid calendar management, collecting bid registration information, survey set-up and management, creating Supplier Agreements, and contract request management.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assimilate and analyze information from multiple sources and conduct research to produce results and identify solutions to complex problems.
    • Serve as subject matter expert in eSourcing and Contract Management applications and provide guidance throughout the company in their effective usage.
    • Ensure data integrity of multifaceted information throughout critical source systems.
    • Create and utilize reports to support findings, convey complex information, and identify and resolve problems.
    • Present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant degree preferred.
    • No prior work experience required.
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Skilled in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service.

    Estimated Hiring Range:
    $45, $65,350.00

    This position is also incentive eligible.
