We are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated
TRAINER (m/f) FOR HIGH GLOSS POLISHING to join our team at our Hidden Springs location.

What to expect:

  • Development of training programs and content for high gloss polishing
  • Conducting trainings and workshops
  • Teaching techniques and best practices for high gloss polishing
  • Supporting the development of polishing methods and tools
  • Performing quality controls and evaluating polishing results
  • Working closely with the team to identify and address training needs

What we expect:

  • Extensive experience in high gloss polishing of surfaces
  • Indepth knowledge of various polishing techniques and materials (e.g. demolding & high gloss polishing, diamond polishing, lapping)
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of conducting trainings and workshops
  • Ability to work with people
  • Knowledge of tools and corresponding critical areas
  • Understanding of 2D/3D data in relation to customer tools
  • Experience in developing training materials and programs
  • Knowledge of English/Russian is an advantage
