    As a Program Manager at Honeywell, you will beresponsible for effective program management to achieve business results. Youmay lead a team of managers and specialists and ensure that portfolio programmanagement processes are implemented appropriately. Your role will involvesupporting Honeywell business and program management leaders, enforcingcompliance to the management operating system and processes, and drivinginitiatives consistent with strategic priorities. You will report directly toour Senior Program Manager and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJlocation. In this role, you will have a significant impact on drivingsuccessful program execution and delivering business results. You will beresponsible for developing project portfolio strategies, managing programs,leading change, implementing the management operating system, managingresources, and measuring program performance.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop project portfolio strategies.
    • Manage programs.
    • Lead change.
    • Implement Management Operating System.
    • Manage resources.
    • Measure program performance.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree or 10 Years plus industryexperience managing projects.
    • 5 years program planning and controlsexperience.
    • Experience managing BMS, Fire & SecurityProjects.
    • Advanced English.

    WE VALUE:

    • Degree in Business, Science or Engineering,Finance or Accounting or related field.
    • Leadership experience preferably in aninternational, multi-site and multicultural business environment.
    • Ability to integrate information from a varietyof sources to arrive at optimal solutions to problems.
    • Ability to convey a strong sense of urgency anddrive resolution of issues to closure.
    • Project Management certification.
    • Ability to consistently make timely decisionseven in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with
