    As a Program Manager at Honeywell, you will be
    responsible for effective program management to achieve business results. You
    may lead a team of managers and specialists and ensure that portfolio program
    management processes are implemented appropriately. Your role will involve
    supporting Honeywell business and program management leaders, enforcing
    compliance to the management operating system and processes, and driving
    initiatives consistent with strategic priorities. You will report directly to
    our Senior Program Manager and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ
    location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving
    successful program execution and delivering business results. You will be
    responsible for developing project portfolio strategies, managing programs,
    leading change, implementing the management operating system, managing
    resources, and measuring program performance. At Honeywell, our people leaders

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop project portfolio strategies.
    • Manage programs.
    • Lead change.

    • Measure program performance.

    YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree or 10 Years plus industry
      experience managing projects.
    • 5 years program planning and controls
      experience.
    • Experience managing BMS, Fire & Security
      Projects.
    • Advanced English.

    WE VALUE:

    • Degree in Business, Science or Engineering,
      Finance or Accounting or related field.
    • Leadership experience preferably in an
      international, multi-site and multicultural business environment.
    • Ability to integrate information from a variety
      of sources to arrive at optimal solutions to problems.
    • Ability to convey a strong sense of urgency and
      drive resolution of issues to closure.
    • Project Management certification.
    • Ability to consistently make timely decisions
      even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with
    • decisiveness.
