Your tasks

  • You will accompany the entire recruitment process from job posting to applicant communication to participating in interviews. You will review incoming applications and coordinate appointments in close consultation with the management team
  • You will actively participate in the analysis and further development of existing HR processes. In this context, you will independently take on current projects in the HR department. You will have personal contacts available to support you at all times
  • In addition, you will support the team in creating various evaluations and preparing data in the form of presentations, and you will contribute to process optimization analyses
  • As part of your work, you will get to know the operational HR work in a manufacturing company and support our team. You will gain insights into various areas of personnel management and the departments you will be working with (contract/letter of recommendation creation
