What you will do:
The fresh food counter is the heart of our REWE Theile oHG. With your expert knowledge, you will competently lead the service department for the product areas of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen. You will be responsible for your team, the quality of the products, and all processes:

  • You will skillfully implement national sales concepts on behalf of the company.
  • You will have full control over cost and revenue development, regular inventories, as well as product ordering and flow on behalf of the company.
  • You will implement your ideas for measures that will excite customers and encourage them to make purchases.
  • You will lead and train your team and plan their deployment according to demand.
  • You will be responsible for correct pricing and maintaining the product range.
  • You will demonstrate finesse in the production and refinement of meat, sausage, cheese, bakery, and delicatessen products.
  • You will pay close attention to compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • You will impress our customers with competent advice and excellent service.
