At Remedy Therapy, an ABA provider, we provide tools for caretakers to build a connection with their child so they can freely express themselves and be independent.

We provide direct care, oversight and supervision of patients and therapists, caregiver coaching and consultation, and conduct analysis-based assessments.


We're looking to add Behavior Therapists (BT) to our amazing team to help educate caregivers and execute the Remedy Therapy vision.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs.

Currently we are looking for part-time Behavior Therapists who are available:

  • 9-12 EST M-F and 1230-4/430 M-Th, weekday mornings-midafternoon


Behavior Therapists should expect to work 10-20 hours per week with the potential for full time hours if desired—working with children diagnosed with autism to help them develop a variety of skills including; communication, self-regulation, and social skills.


In this role you'll be working alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor who will provide regular supervision to ensure accountability and provide all the tools needed to set you up to be successful.


Remedy Therapy Behavior Therapists responsibilities include:

  • Completion of provided Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) online training course that includes all mandated components necessary to become an RBT
  • Growth opportunities to become a Lead Behavior Therapist and/or Supervisor (for top performers)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Ongoing advancement opportunities though provided training, guidance, and supervision
  • If looking to become a BCBA we will provide regular training, guidance, and supervision that will prepare you to be fluent in all aspects of the supervisor role.

Mandatory requirements include:

  • A high school diploma
