Ipso gGmbH - International Psychosocial Organization is an international humanitarian organization specializing in psychosocial counseling and mental health care, and connecting these with the promotion of local culture and cultural dialogue as a means to promote understanding, peace, and reconciliation. As specialists in MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support), we work continuously in conflict regions such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, and Ukraine. We also implement short-term humanitarian measures in other regions as needed. In Germany, we currently operate three psychosocial counseling centers.

Our Partners

Our partners include public funders such as the EU, federal ministries, state ministries, GIZ, and welfare organizations. We also work with foundations and other partners in the humanitarian sector.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle the financial management of our publicly funded projects in Germany and abroad, based in Konstanz.

Preparation of budget plans for funding applications and monitoring and control
