Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team.

As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Cash handling experience is a plus
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar cash register systems is an advantage
Ability to upsell menu items and provide exceptional customer service
