YOUR PRACTICAL TRAINING

You will gain extensive insights into the tasks and responsibilities of various departments at a location and work there from the beginning. You will contribute your own ideas to optimize processes and develop key performance indicators to measure the productivity of individual areas. You will handle customer complaints and work closely with the respective departments to find possible solutions.

YOUR TRAINING LOCATION

The Highland Park location is responsible for the transport, sorting, and delivery of letters and packages, with a focus on the highest quality standards and sustainable personnel management.
