Mechanical Assembly Worker (m/f/d) in Walkertown, NC

We are looking for you - Starting immediately, full-time for a well-known and innovative company in the automotive industry in Erlangen.


Your job:


  • Assembly of components/special machines according to drawings, parts lists, and assembly plans
  • Processing of sheet metal parts (drawing, bending) according to plan or instructions; grinding and drilling work
  • Partially turning and improving parts with a conventional lathe
  • Booking of hours worked on project numbers in SAP

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in the metal sector, e.g. industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, production mechanic (preferably mechanical engineering mechanic)
  • Experience in building special machines
  • Skilled at reading drawings
  • Knowledge of pneumatics
  • Experience in sheet metal processing
  • Good knowledge of grinding, conventional turning, and milling
