"The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking applicants for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Memmingen, starting on September 1st, 2024. The vocational school is located in Munich.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:
  • You will assist our customers with travel planning, ticket purchases, and service inquiries at our DB travel centers
  • Learn the basics of customer service and gain knowledge about our travel offers and services
  • You will be an integral part of the team from the beginning and embody our hospitality values with passion
  • You will work with modern communication and sales systems on a daily basis
  • You will also get a behind-the-scenes look at railway operations and collaborate with various stakeholders at the train station
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed school (or will soon) and have good language skills
  • Customer and service orientation are important to you
  • You enjoy interacting with people from different cultures
  • You can stay calm and organized in difficult situations
  • You are responsible, reliable, solution-oriented
