- Required to maintain necessary logs, driving records, and DOT certifications
- Daily pre and post trip inspections of vehicle
- Driving assignments in a timely and safe manner
- Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
- Two years of driving experience with safe record
- Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
- Maintain qualification to drive as mandated by the Department of Transportation
- Thorough understanding of hazardous materials pick-up and delivery procedures
- Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations with an emphasis on the Hazardous Materials section of the regulations
- Must be able to work day shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays. The Crude Oil Transportation business is 24/7/365
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time driving
- Must be able to bend, lift, carry, connect, disconnect, mount, and dismount heavy pieces of equipment (i.e. commercial grade fuel delivery hoses) and without creating a safety hazard
- Maintain authorization to load and unload product at facilities we conduct business with once authorized in the training process
