**OVERVIEW**

The Sales Associate is responsible to sell and provide exceptional customer service, possess strong product knowledge, support achievement of sales goals, promote a positive work environment and participate in day-to-day operations and projects as assigned by store management.

Operations

+ Follow the Code of Conduct.

+ Adhere to all operational policies and procedures to help ensure safe and efficient operations.

+ Participate in the execution of store management directives within the designated timeframes.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

Regular attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

No direct reports.

Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

Retail experience preferred.

Experience in customer service industry preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.

Ability to operate point of sale (POS) register system with proficiency.
