Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for independently leading and planning various construction projects such as residential renovations, kindergarten conversions, sports halls, and more.
  • You will act as the client representative and coordinate and supervise external trades and project partners.
  • You will regularly communicate with public clients.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring your properties throughout their entire life cycle.
  • Various administrative tasks such as invoice verification and digitization are also part of your regular duties in this paperless operation.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a technician in the field of construction OR a degree in architecture or civil engineering
  • 2 years of experience as a planner, construction manager, project manager, architect, or in facility management
  • Knowledge of the Virginia Building Code
  • Class B driver's license
