Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate those markets
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products or services
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or outside sales
- Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and effectively communicate product benefits
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Engineering background preferred but not required
Pay:
$75, $105,000.00 per year
