Skills/Experience needed:
5+ years of recent experience as Business Analyst in Healthcare Industry

MUST have experience working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies, researching, assessing, documenting, and refining business requirements for the Customer Experience (CX) organization.

Experience with translating requirements into clear specifications for project team; serving as a liaison and coordinator across multiple facets of the business community and the CX organization in order to provide solutions to meet user needs

Leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems, help validate value impact and risks on an ongoing basis.
