A Retail Banker is an entry-level retail position that provides excellent customer service, assessing customer needs and recommending the most appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.
Using deep product and process knowledge and strong communication skills, the Retail Banker delivers clear information to customers and provides friendly and efficient service.
