- Review documentation
- Collect and process all required paperwork
- Process new aide hiring
- Audit file for compliance
- Communicate with aide as needed
- Monitor daily schedules
- Address client or caregiver issues as needed, escalate to supervisor if necessary
- Various other HR responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to keep calm and stay focused under pressure
- Customer service experience
- Human Resources experience a plus
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
