  • Review documentation
  • Collect and process all required paperwork
  • Process new aide hiring
  • Audit file for compliance
  • Communicate with aide as needed
  • Monitor daily schedules
  • Address client or caregiver issues as needed, escalate to supervisor if necessary
  • Various other HR responsibilities as needed
Full-time only. Training provided.


Requirements:


  • Highly organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to keep calm and stay focused under pressure
  • Customer service experience
  • Human Resources experience a plus

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
