Cardinal Civil Contracting Charlotte is currently recruiting for an experienced heavy equipment operator/Roller operator to to operate heavy equipment in the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Essential duties of the role include:
- Operate, drive, and control heavy equipment.
- Load and unload equipment from vehicles.
- Have complete knowledge of machine settings.
- Check and maintain equipment functionality often.
- Keep performance records of machine functionality regularly.
- Provide preemptive maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunction.
- Comply with the company s safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct pretrip and posttrip evaluations of equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and report issues for larger repairs.
- Implement all safety requirements and rules.
