Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis.

In addition to the competitive base salary and commission structure, the Sales Consultant will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

Complete customer service training program to gain an indepth understanding of Honda vehicles, features, and benefits
Build and maintain relationships with customers, both in person and over the phone
Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Honda vehicles
Guide customers through the sales process, including price negotiation, financing options, and vehicle delivery
Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
Maintain uptodate knowledge of all Honda products, market trends, and industry news
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
Act as a brand ambassador for Route 128 Honda, representing our values and commitment to customer service at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, commissionbased environment
Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Professional demeanor and appearance
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
