Position Overview:


We are in search of an experienced Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and administering the everyday HR processes of our clients.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries, corporate cultures, and HR functions, making each day dynamic and fulfilling.


Responsibilities:

- **Manage and optimize everyday HR processes for our clients, including payroll processing, onboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance management.

  • Serve as a dedicated HR partner to our clients, ensuring that their HR needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Keep HRIS and benefits systems update
  • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with their business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and thirdparty vendors, ensuring that HRrelated services are delivered seamlessly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Job Types:

$ $28.00 per hour
