What you will be doing:

  • You will be involved in acquiring new customers and managing our existing ones
  • You will be responsible for generating revenue within defined business goals
  • You will oversee acquisition projects and see them through to implementation
  • You will handle customer inquiries, create proposals, and negotiate various contracts (such as framework agreements and warranty contracts) with customers
  • You will ensure effective communication with customers and prospects, taking into account BRUSA's competencies, expertise, and strategic objectives
  • You will regularly report on goal achievement to the management team
  • You will participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking activities to increase the company's visibility and establish new business relationships

What you bring:

  • You have a higher education degree in engineering or industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics (diploma from a university of applied sciences, university, bachelor's or master's degree)
  • You have a strong passion for power electronics in the automotive industry
  • You use your expertise and systematic, structured approach to contribute to the team's success
  • You have strong teamwork and negotiation skills
  • You possess decision-making skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a conceptual and creative mindset
  • You enjoy working in an international environment
  • You are proficient
